“Katherine is a fantastic pilates teacher. She guides her classes with so much direction and information every step of the way, and the result is that you’re extremely tuned in to your body and your form consistently throughout class. Her style is engaging and inspiring, and she is truly invested in her students’ progress and success. She offers modifications and the occasional gentle direct adjustment, with permission. She’s a true professional. Highly recommend!!”

— Emma C.

“Katherine taught me how to do pilates for the first time. It was the best experience I have ever had. She directed me on how to do each position. I recommend her as a pilates instructor.”

— Natalie C.

“I took a beginner's class with Katherine. Her instructions were very clear. She is very good at explaining the proper way to do each exercise in order to avoid injuries and to improve strength, balance, and posture. The workout was tough. I considered giving up several times. But she kept me going with kind nonjudgmental encouragement. Afterwards I felt stronger and more flexible. I'm looking forward to my next session.”
